Privacy policy

This policy covers appliedfrontier.ai, including the Statixx and Matrixx demo request forms, and the apps Applied Frontier publishes for Claude. We collect as little as we can, and we don't sell what we collect.

Browsing the site

You don't need an account to use appliedfrontier.ai, and the site uses no analytics, advertising pixels, or cookies of our own. To show the pages, your browser loads fonts from Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts and, on the product pages, demo videos from Bunny CDN. Those providers and our hosting provider, Netlify, receive standard request information such as your IP address and browser type, under their own privacy policies. We don't track visitors across other sites, so the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Demo requests

What we collect. When you request a Statixx or Matrixx demo, we receive what you enter: your name, email address, and company; your industry and store URL (Statixx) or your role and monthly Meta ad spend (Matrixx); and anything you write in the message box.

How we use it. To reply to you, set up the demo, and follow up about it.

Who we share it with. Netlify receives and stores form submissions and screens them for spam, and Resend sends your confirmation email and our copy of your request. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it. As long as it's useful for following up with you. Ask us and we'll delete it.

Apps for Claude

AI Workflow Planner and Release Desk answer questions inside Claude, and we built them to need as little from you as possible.

What we receive. Only what Claude sends to an app's tools to answer your question: for example, a description of your teams' repeated work and the tools they use (AI Workflow Planner), or a topic and time window to look up (Release Desk). We do not receive your conversation, your name, your email address, or your location, and the apps have no login.

What we keep. Nothing. Inputs are used to compute the answer and are discarded when the response is sent, so there is nothing to retain. The apps do not log what you send, set cookies, or build profiles. Netlify keeps standard request records, such as the time and IP address of a request, under its own privacy policy; those records do not include what you sent.

Who we share it with. No one. The apps use no third-party analytics or advertising services.

You can disconnect either app at any time in Claude's settings.
